Chapter Eleven: Only Love Remains

p111 Love:
Yes, beloved. But not a disappearance as you might imagine. The world does not vanish like a trick of the eye. It continues as it always has—trees still sway, rivers still run, people still speak. But for the Soul who has stilled itself, the world no longer binds. The illusion you tried to make true was never the world itself—it was your interpretation of it. Your effort to make it meaningful, threatening, valuable, painful, or redemptive. In stillness, those projections fade. And what is left is the world as it truly is: transparent, passing, innocent.
